Summary Janitorial Services for the period 10/1/2026 Thru 9/30/2027. Janitorial Services are to be performed five (5) days per week (Monday thru Friday) per the attached specified specs on quick quote. Awarded vendor to supply all materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services. Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is NOT allowed and will result in termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. Any damages to the building, walls and/or floor during the performance of these services will be solely the responsibility of the awarded vendor to correct. Invoices will be turned in monthly with dates of services and will be paid in arrears. Please quote total for all services for the entire year. In order to properly quote this service (furniture move/replace, square footage, etc), a site visit is MANDATORY. Please note that any quotes received from vendors that did not attend the site visit will NOT be considered. Site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM. There will be a sign in sheet for vendors and all vendors attending must sign the sheet. Location: ADPH Eastbrook WIC Training Clinic 401-A Coliseum Blvd. Montgomery, Alabama 36109.
