Pest Control for the period 10/01/26 thru 9/30/27

Provide general pest control to control the spread of pests, including, but not limited to roaches, ants, silverfish, mice, rats, fleas, ticks, flies, spiders, wasps and other stinging insects.

Quote should clearly state that there are excluded pests, if any.

Services should be performed on a quarterly basis with recalls, as needed, at no additional charge.

Vendor is responsible for leaving invoice and service report at time of service.

Payment will be made in arrears.

Does not include termite inspections and/or treatment.

Building is approximately 5,641 Square Feet.

Vendors are strongly encouraged to schedule a site visit to properly quote this service. Site visits are by appointment only.

Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is NOT allowed and will result in termination of the contract.

The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor.
