BD27-101 Little Hole Fencing

Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Removal of 4,244 ft of existing fencing and reconstruction of the same 4,244 ft of new fencing for habitat protection at Little Hole on the North side of Diamond Mountain in Daggett County, UT by November 30th, 2026.
Bidder must be able to furnish a performance and payment bond for the full amount of the project:
The contract agreement will be in the form of a Purchase Order referencing this bid solicitation.
The completion date for construction will be as indicated in the Scope of Work.
The successful bidder, within 14 days after the award of contract, will be required to furnish a
performance bond and a payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the
contract price. Said bonds shall be secured from a company satisfactory to OWNER. The surety
company must be a U.S. Department of Treasury (Circular 570) listed company.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: September 15th - November 30th, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the contract.
