271759 - Janitorial Services - Seafood

For the Period: 10/1/2026 thru 9/30/2027.

Janitorial Services are to be performed One (1) day a week on Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm per the attached specified specs on quick quote.

Awarded vendor to supply all materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services.  This will include trash can liners, paper towels, toilet tissue and hand soap.

Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is NOT allowed and will result in termination of the contract.

The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor.

Any damages to the building, walls and/or floor during the performance of these services will be solely the responsibility of the awarded vendor to correct.

In order to properly quote this service (furniture move/replace, square footage, etc), a site visit is MANDATORY.

Please note that any quotes received from vendors that did not attend the site visit will NOT be considered.

Site visit is scheduled for Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 1:00pm.

There will be a sign in sheet for vendors.

Please quote total for all services for the entire year.

Vendors will submit invoices monthly in the arrears for payment.
