Request for Qualifications CM@R services for new MOB/ASC. The MUHA wishes to build a new greenfield Medical Office Building/Ambulatory Surgery Center (MOB/ASC) in the Greenville/Pickens area. Up to three firms will be shortlisted and interviewed. Seeking SC LLR Licensed Construction Managers for a project utilizing the CM@R for preconstruction services, design assist partners and construction services should the MUHA and CM@R come to a mutual GMP.
