PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK SERVICES. The City of Golden Valley is seeking a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for a Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (“GMP”) from qualified firms for services associated with a new Public Works Facility located at 6100 and 6110 Olson Memorial Hwy. Once RFQs are received the City will issue a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to shortlisted firms. The selected firm from the RFP process will work with the Public Works Facility Team that will be comprised of City staff and stakeholders, Tegra Group as Owners Representatives and selected design firm(s). Proposals are due by 3:00 pm on July 30, 2026, those received after that will not be considered.
