The Alabama Department Of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes to perform an annual inspection on the HVAC Mechanical Draft Tower located at the Richard Beard Building, 1445 Federal Drive, Montgomery, AL 36107.

Equipment: Mechanical Draft Tower, Manufacturer: Evapco, Model: ESWA-153-4

Note: Supplier must be certified to work on Evapco HVAC equipment.  The Alabama Department Of Agriculture and Industries reserves the right to request documentation stating Supplier is certified to work on Evapco HVAC equipment .

Service Location: Richard Beard Building, 1445 Federal Drive, Montgomery, AL 36107

Supplier will perform the following tasks annually:

(1) Inspect External Condition Of Tower
(2) Visual Inspection Of Mechanical Operating Unit
(3) Verify Water Level
(4) Inspect and Clean Upper and Lower Tower Basin
(5) Check Condition Of Gear Box
(6) Change Oil In Cooling Tower Gear Box
(7) Check Fan For Cooling Tower
(8) Vibrational Analysis Services
(9) Check Cooling Tower Motor and Lube
(10) Perform Basin Heater Inspection On Cooling Tower
(11) Supplier Will Provide Performance Report

Note To Supplier: Model/Part Number and Descriptive Literature

The brands and model numbers referenced provide a level of quality, and unless otherwise specified, are not restrictive. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
