Contract Opportunity

The due date has been extended to 14 AUG 2026 due to vendor questions.

Questions:

1. Laptop/Cradle: The SOW specifies Gamber-Johnson pedestal kit 7170-0892-03 and computer cradle 7160-0250. Could you please confirm the make/model or dimensions of the laptop that will be used with this setup?


2. Motorola APX Radio: Will the actual Motorola APX radio be Government-furnished for the contractor to install, or is the contractor expected to provide the radio? The SOW provides the APX setup and installation requirements but we want to confirm what equipment will be Government-furnished.


3. Radio Programming/Testing: Is the vehicle upfitter required to program and/or perform functional radio testing, or is the contractor’s responsibility limited to installation of the specified radio components, cabling, antenna, speaker, multiplexer, and related equipment?

1. One additional clarification regarding the vehicle: could you please confirm whether the 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee is a Grand Cherokee L, and whether it has a third-row seat? If so, should the third-row seat be removed or remain folded for the upfit?

RESPONSE

2-3. Contractor is responsible for installation of the specified radio components, cabling, antenna, speaker, multiplexer, and related equipment.

4. 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo No 3rd row seat.

If submitting a quote be sure to include completed and sign attached SF1449. Sign the first page, requirements are under SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES, please provide pricing there.

Additional documentation supporting quotes shall be provided on company letterhead, with company name, logo, address, Point of Contact, contact info, etc. Cage Code, must be included.

All prospective offerors must be a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/porta 1/public/SAM.
