Event Description
The South Dakota Board of Speech-Language Pathologists is seeking contractor to serve as the executive secretary of the board. The Executive Secretary will oversee the licensing of Speech-Language Pathologists in South Dakota by issuing, denying, or revoking licenses, inspecting licensees as permitted by state law, and investigating complaints under the direction of the South Dakota Board of Speech-Language Pathology and in compliance with SDCL 36-37.

Inquiries must be emailed to Kaitlin Sherer at Kaitlin.sherer@state.sd.us with the subject line “RFP #25-0921200-021”.
The State will to respond to offeror’s inquiries (if required) via e-mail. In addition, all inquiries and the State’s response will be posted on the state’s e-procurement system. Offerors may not rely on any other statements, either of a written or oral nature, that alter any specification or other term or condition of this RFP. Offerors will be notified in the same manner as indicated above regarding any modifications to this RFP.
