Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Order for OEM MEATEST Panel Meter Calibrator



1. ANNOUNCEMENT



The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), announces its intent to award a sole-source purchase order to TEST, LLC. for an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) MEATEST Panel Meter Calibrator. This action is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.



2. PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE



This notice serves to inform industry of the government's intent to award this requirement on a sole-source basis and to conduct market research to identify other sources that may be capable of satisfying this requirement. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), and the government does not intend to issue a contract based on responses to this notice alone.



3. REQUIREMENT DETAILS & ATTACHMENTS



The USCG requires an OEM MEATEST Panel Meter Calibrator as specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Interested parties must demonstrate the ability to provide a part that is fully equivalent in form, fit, and function to the specified OEM item.



Please note the following documents are attached to this posting for review:



Statement of Work (SOW): Details the technical requirements of the OEM Priming Valve.

Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition: Details the government's rationale for pursuing a sole-source award.

Sole Proprietor Letter: Documentation from the OEM establishing their sole-source status.



4. SUBMISSION OF CAPABILITY STATEMENT



Companies that believe they can meet this requirement are invited to submit a written Capability Statement. Your response should provide clear and convincing evidence of your ability to provide an equivalent product. Please provide the following details in your submission:



Company Details: Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, UEI Number, and Web Page URL.

Business Size: Company Size, NAICS Code, and Applicable Small Business Status.

Point of Contact: Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email Address.

Technical Capability: A narrative describing capability, documentation proving equivalency to the OEM item, and any recommendations or concerns.



IMPORTANT: Do not submit pricing information. All information marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly.
