FY 26 Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Life Safety Task Order

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide professional MEP/Life Safety Task Order services on the campus of Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia. A project description is provided in the Request for Qualifications document. A pre-proposal visit will be conducted by the Owner, and attendance of finalist firms is mandatory. Details are provided on the Prerequisites tab. Columbus State University will select several qualified firms from the response submittals, request information regarding project team composition, conduct interviews, rank the finalists, and begin contract discussions with the selected firm(s).
