The DFPI¿s Public of Affairs unit produces fact sheets, flyers, posters, PowerPoint presentations, and other media for distribution to the public. These materials will often be translated into Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, and Tagalog for posting on our website or for any other language needed for outreach and educational purposes, in print-ready format.

DFPI also provides web content for various purposes, using artificial intelligence to convert English content into other languages. DFPI may, on occasion, ask the contractor to proofread such content to ensure translations are accurate and culturally appropriate.

The DFPI serves the whole public, including people across the spectrums of ability and disability, ethnicity, race, accent, dialect, literacy, immigration status, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation.

DFPI is seeking a contractor to provide Vital Documents Translation Services. Translation services may include but are not limited to translation of complaint intake forms, correspondences, statements, posters, fact sheets, settlement agreements, requests for information, presentations, press releases, instructions documents with numbers, bullet points, and columns, and web page content.
