Specification No. 26-01 (C51690) Box Springs Turnout Valve Vaults Construction and North Park Vault Repairs

This project involves constructing two underground reinforced concrete vaults at the Santa Ana Pipeline Box Springs Turnout to install two department-furnished electric-actuated 108-inch butterfly valves and associated mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. The project also includes electrical upgrades such as generator replacement, generator pad modifications, streetlight relocations, and associated conduits and controls, followed by comprehensive testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems. Construction will be performed in phased outages due to the critical water supply, allowing pipeline operations to resume between stages while final vault work is completed.  In addition, the project includes replacement of existing bypass pipes and associated components at North Park Vault.

Estimated Cost: $13,300,000 - $14,500,000
