Cybersecurity Augmentation for Internal Equipment

NOTICE OF INVITATION

Notice is hereby given that the governing board (“BOARD”) of Fresno Unified School DISTRICT (DISTRICT) will receive sealed responses for RFP # 26-02, Cybersecurity Augmentation for Internal Equipment. This solicitation request includes Cyber Security hardware, software, and licenses.

A MANDATORY Virtual Pre-proposal conference is scheduled Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM . Contractors interested in responding to this RFP must attend in order to have their proposal accepted as responsive.  The virtual Pre-Proposal conference will be hosted via Microsoft Teams with options to join in online or over the phone. Instructions are posted on Procureware.

Proposals will be received prior to 2:00 P.M. on June 4, 2025 June 20, 2025, on Procureware, the DISTRICT’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home . Proposals received later than the designated time and date will not be accepted. Facsimile (FAX) or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted.

Fresno Unified School DISTRICT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any combination thereof and to waive any informality or irregularity in the RFP process.
