Repair of Circuit Breakers, Transformers, Switches, and Miscellaneous Electrical Maintenance

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system.

As part of maintaining the safety and functionality of its infrastructure, the District is seeking proposals from experienced firms to provide electrical equipment repairs and maintenance on transformers, breakers, and switches within District owned buildings. The District will select contractors based on their capabilities demonstrated within their proposal to perform the services as described.

Support shall be provided on an as needed and emergency basis for a three-year continuing contract term.

Contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, tools, and all other things necessary to perform typical items of work that may include, but are not limited to the following types of services. Contractors should indicate clearly in their proposal the services they can accomplish on this list.

• Transformers
• Switches
• Breakers (5kV, 12kV, and 480V)
