Cornwall Elementary Parent Pickup Lane

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by the Cornwall-Lebanon School District, Lebanon County for the Cornwall Elementary Parent Pickup Lane Project until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Friday, October 10, 2025 at which time the bids will be opened, with the bid results posted on PennBid shortly thereafter.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total.
The project includes, but is not limited to, the expansion of a 4’ wide paved pathway to an 11’ wide driving lane for parent pickup. This work entails excavation and new full-depth pavement adjoining the existing 4’ wide path, a wearing course overlay of the existing path and adjacent full depth expansion, including an asphalt curb, installation of an aluminum gate, and all other associated work as more fully described in the Construction Drawings.
An additive alternate to the above work involves the paving of an existing stone parking lot at the entrance to the proposed pickup lane, involving partial excavation of the existing stone and new full-depth pavement.
Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project.

Cornwall-Lebanon School District hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
