Project Description: On behalf of the County of Bucks Commissioners, the Behavioral Health Developmental Programs BH/DP, Managed Care Unit (MCU) is requesting proposals for accounting and consulting services. The successful offeror will support the MCU by participating in meetings with stakeholders, reviewing regulatory reporting from the County's managed care organization, and monitoring program compliance with applicable standards. Consulting areas include the preparation or review of required reports, risk analysis, reconciliation to the County's ERP system, and overall program operations. The successful offeror will also advise on alternative care models, federal regulations, and provide backup staffing, education, and other assistance as directed by County management.
