The Village of Key Biscayne (“Village”) has issued a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to interested, qualified and licensed contractors in the State of Florida, for the following services/project: CONTINUING GEOTECHNICAL AND SURVEY SERVICES. The Village of Key Biscayne encourages small and minority business, women’s business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms to submit proposals.
Proposals must be received by the deadline date, submitted to:

and received no later than, April 25, 2025, 9:00 a.m. Bidders, their agents, and associates are encouraged not to contact or solicit any Village Council Member, Village employee, or official regarding this RFP/ITB/RFQ after the bid opening. Only that individual listed above as the contact person shall be contacted.
