The project will re-roof the existing Physical Education Building at Penn State University's Hazleton campus. The new roof is an EPDM assembly. Fall protection will be added to the roof. The project is DGS. PSU must prequalify contractors for roofing.

Bids will be received electronically only through the Trimble Unity Construct (formerly e-Builder) Bid Portal. Bids in any format other than the specified one will not be accepted.
This bid opening will be public via Zoom Webinar as a project delegated to Penn State by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS).
