Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals through competitive negotiation for the provision of comprehensive chemical and delivery solutions designed to proactively mitigate hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) formation in long-retention wastewater systems. This contract will support the Department of Public Works and Environmental Services (DPWES), Wastewater Collection Division, in addressing odor complaints, corrosion risks, and service continuity across pump stations, force mains, and other affected facilities, in accordance with the specifications outlined in this solicitation.
