The City of Bethel (Owner) is seeking separate sealed Bids for construction of QFC#2 Lift Station Improvements (Project). Bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent at City Hall, located at 300 Chief Eddie Hoffman Highway (or PO Box 1388), Bethel, Alaska 99559, until 4:00 PM local time on Monday, November 17, 2025 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes replacing the pumps, controls, and heat add system for the QFC lift station and providing temporary bypass pumping at the FAA and QFC during the duration of construction. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
Bids shall be developed on a lump sum basis with a schedule of values following bidding as indicated in the Bid Form and Method of Measurement and Basis of Payment.
