The purpose of this amendment is the following:

1. Provide answers to questions received in the attached excel spreadsheet.

2. Provide a post site visit questions due date of 11:00 AM PDT, Monday, June 29th, 2026.

Any questions post site visit for the SNVHCS Exterior Campus Signage & Wayfinding must be forwarding in writing via email to Victoria Torres, victoria.torres@va.gov NO LATER THAN June 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM PDT.

3. FAR 52.222-41 Service Contract Labor Standards. (AUG 2018) (DEVIATION NOV 2025) has been incorporated by reference. Service Contract Act wage determination 2015-5593 applies to this location.

4. Extend the quotation response date to Monday, July 06, 2026 at 11:00AM PDT.
