NOTICE TO PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANTS:

Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) requests qualification statements from firms interested in providing Professional Architectural Services for the FSCJ Workforce Training Institute at Cecil Center, to renovate/remodel 6118 POW MIA Memorial Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32221 to serve as FSCJ’s expansion of workforce programs in accordance with the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) FS 287.055. Firm(s) and joint venture(s) licensed to practice architecture should apply.  Participation by minority/women owned and controlled business is encouraged.

NOTE:  Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal conference has been scheduled for 10/1/2025 at 10:00 a.m. (Jacksonville FL local time) at FSCJ Cecil Center, Building K, Room 141, 13450 Lake Fretwell St., Jacksonville 32215.  Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Site-Visit: The College has scheduled a site visit directly after the Pre-Proposal conference. Site visits will not be conducted at any other dates or times.

Florida State College at Jacksonville will accept Qualification Submittals uploaded into the above designated web link before 2:00 P.M. on 10/22/2025 when they will be publicly opened Via WebEx:
