Kittery Town Buildings Access Control - RFP
The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract agreement (labor and materials inclusive) for the installation, testing and training on a new access control system for 5 Kittery Town buildings. Surveillance cameras are not part of this project and may be bid separately at a future date. The intent of this project is to provide a single platform for all Kittery Town buildings for access control and video surveillance. The Contractor must be able to service and support security systems in all town facilities new and existing.
PROJECT SITES:
Each proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Designer’s name and “Access Control” on the outside. Proposal submissions shall consist of two (2) hard copies and one (1) PDF file on a USB drive. Electronic files will NOT be accepted.
There will be a pre-proposal meeting at the Kittery Town Hall, 200 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME on June 10 @ 11 AM. All firms interested must register in advance with Haley Mock at the Town of Kittery, (207) 475-1311 or hmock@kitteryme.org .
Proposals shall be delivered to the place specified below and no later than the time specified:
