Notice is hereby given that sealed bids are being solicitated and will be received by: Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County (HHC), 3838 N. Rural St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46205, for the Office Building Roof Replacement located at 1650 N. College Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46202. The project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits (if required) and safety measures necessary to complete the re-roofing of all flat and sloped roof structure, and other work as specified in the bid documents.

A mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Aug. 28, 2026, at 9a.m. until Noon, local Indianapolis, Indiana time.  The meeting will be held at the project site – at 1650 N. College Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Attendance is required for all contractors intending to submit a bid.

All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud on Sept. 23, 2026, at 10 a.m., local Indianapolis, Indiana time.  Bids received after the hour and date set for receiving bids will be returned unopened.  Three (3) bid copies are required.  The bid opening will be conducted at 1650 N. College Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46202, in a Meeting Room.

Bids must be accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County, in the amount of 5% of the Bidder’s total bid and delivered in a sealed envelope showing the Bidder’s name and address as specified in the bid instructions.
