    This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide Real-Time and Historical Traffic Probe Data Services and Tools to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated in this RFP. The contract period will be from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027, with two (2) one-year renewal options. MoDOT will only receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS. Proposals will not be accepted by email.
