IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

-Liquidated damages are established of a sum of $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter.

-5% Retainage fee

- SAM.Gov registration must be Active and remain Active throughout the project completion, to be in compliance with Federal regulations.

- Certified payroll reports will be required as part of the Davis Bacon Act and to ensure Federal compliance.
