Description
This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the City of Nanaimo to prospective Bidders to submit a Bid for the supply and delivery of soda ash chemical to the South Fork Water Treatment Plant located at 2500 South Fork Road, Nanaimo, as further described in the RFB document.
If awarded, the term of the Agreement is for one (1) year commencing on or about March 1, 2025 and expiring on February 28, 2026, with four 1-year optional extensions.

This Request for Bid is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
