Grace Miller Elementary School Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Improvements UPC 116918, VDOT Project No. EN20-030-853

The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and incidentals required to perform all requirements as specified herein, and indicated for the purpose of construction of a sidewalk, signal improvements, and associated road work located at Grace Miller Elementary School and Liberty High School as indicated in drawings provided.

AN OPTIONAL ON-SITE PRE-BID CONFERENCE: will be held at 11:00 a.m. on February 19, 2025 at the Alice Jane Childs Office Building located at 320 Hospital Drive, 2nd floor small conference room, Warrenton, VA 20186. Attendance at this PBC is not required to submit a bid, however attendance is strongly suggested to gain a better understanding of the project. Please reference paragraph 1.1 for additional details.
