Overview
Summary

USD is seeking a modular system to work with its current fixed-location communication network. The new system would be used in areas where radio signals are unavailable or where a fiber optic connection is impractical. The Mission Panels the USD intends to acquire are easy to install at any station and use cellular communication to provide remote monitoring.
