The main items of Work of this Contract include the following:
Construction of interior renovations to an existing active fire hall including:
- Concrete work
- Wood framed walls and stairway
- Drywall
- Millwork
- Doors and windows
- Flooring and finishes
- Mechanical (plumbing and HVAC)
- Electrical (lighting and data cabling)
The Site of the Work of this Contract is located in Dunmore, Alberta, Canada.
A Pre-Bid Site Meeting is scheduled for Thursday January 9, 2025 at 11:00 am MST at the Dunmore Fire Hall (2039 Bullshead Road, Dunmore, AB).
NOTE: Questions will not be reviewed between December 23, 2024 and January 6, 2025. 2025.
