The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage a transportation engineering consultant to prepare the operational analysis and recommendations for three (3) conceptual options for intersection improvements, including at least one roundabout design, at the intersections of Granville Avenue and Garden City Road (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents.
Please Note: Richmond City Hall will be closed from December 25, 2024 and will reopen on January 2, 2025. The City will not be responding to any queries during this time.
