Description
The Corporation of the Township of Langley invites tenders for:
Construction of approximately 1300m of road upgrades on Old Yale Road between 211 Street (the
Township/City border) and 216 Street (5-Corners roundabout).The construction will include, but is not limited
to, property restoration, driveway regrading c/w culverts, catchbasins and lawn basins and service
connections, sanitary sewer, watermain, street lighting, landscaping, concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk,
asphalt multi-use pathway, topsoil, hydroseed, sod, traffic control and surface restoration.
