Project Description: The Incorporated County of Los Alamos (“County”) is requesting Proposals from qualified and experienced firms to perform a condition assessment of the Abiquiu and El Vado Hydroelectric Plants in northern New Mexico. The assessment will include equipment testing, equipment inspection and site-specific evaluations. The final deliverable will be a professional report presenting the findings of the inspections, testing, analysis, recommended actions and a prioritized capital improvement plan to address the significant findings prioritized with cost estimates.
