Welch Park Pickleball and Tennis Court Reconstruction (Design-Build)
The Welch Park Pickleball and Tennis Court Reconstruction project generally consists of the reclamation of existing bituminous concrete tennis courts and the construction of five (5) pickleball courts and one (1) tennis court on a post-tension concrete surface by an experienced Design-Build Contractor (DBC). Work will generally include reclamation of the existing surface, post-tension concrete construction, court surfacing, removal and replacement of chain link fence, installation of a sound barrier, drainage work, site restoration and installation of a shade structure.
