Summary

The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking quotes from vendors to design, develop, and install a booth for the Ohio State Fair in 2026.

The booth should effectively represent ODM’s mission and engage visitors with clear, informative, and visually appealing displays. Our theme is healthy eating with a grocery store as the backdrop,

Scope of Work: Deliverables: Timeline: Other: All quotes must include total cost, initial designs, and installation plan with timeline on PDF document. Please also include any experience with previous event booth design. Evaluations will be based on a combination of design and cost.

Predecessor Contract

Process

It is ODM’s preference to award to a supplier on a State of Ohio enterprise contract. However, suppliers not on an enterprise contract may bid and may be considered. Please be sure to reference the State of Ohio enterprise contract number on bid.

Bids should be submitted in the format prescribed by Ohio Buys. In addition, bidders must include a PDF copy of their bid on company letterhead , and should include the vendor e-mail and a contact number. All bids shall be good for a minimum of 90 days from the ODM solicitation closing date to be considered .

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.

ODM reserves the right to make no award under this solicitation. ODM reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, received in response to this RFQ. ODM may cancel or reissue this RFQ for any reason.
