Summary

ServeOhio, Ohio’s Commission on Service and Volunteerism, honors outstanding people, groups, and initiatives who make great contributions to their local communities and the state through service and volunteerism. The ServeOhio Awards recognize a volunteer, service group, corporate group, or volunteer initiative in each region of the state.

ServeOhio is seeking bids for 10 engraved glass trophies to distribute to ServeOhio Award recipients. Please see attached document which includes a photo of an award from a previous year. ServeOhio is looking for a similar trophy style / shape this year but it does not need to be exact.

Engraving shall include the ServeOhio logo (see attached document)The trophies should read as follows:

2026 Award for Outstandig Volunteerism

The following bulleted items are names of each recipient:

Proof must be provided for approval before engraving.

Awards must be delivered to ServeOhio Offices by April 30th, 2026.
