DANIEL O’CONNELLS SONS (DOC) is the construction manager for the UConn Field House - Old Rec. Center Renovation - Phase 2B (Project 300209) at the University’s Storrs Campus and is soliciting bids for both previously prequalified bidders (for demolition, masonry, millwork, roofing, alum. storefronts and entrances, drywall, flooring, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC and controls, electrical, communications and security and sitework) and open bids for all other bid packages as indicated in the 100% construction documents prepared by Newman Architects and the attached Instructions to Bidders. Project is a phased renovation of the existing fieldhouse. Please see the construction documents for a complete description.
