2025.0317, City RFP - Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services for Replacement of Multi-Purpose Synthetic Turf Fields & Track Surfaces at WHS and SHS RFP Opening: March 6, 2025 at 4:00 PM No RFP Deposit Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: February 18, 2025 at 12:00 PM or February 20, 2025 at 12:00 PM. Proposers only need to attend one pre-proposal meeting. Meet at Westhill High School, located at 125 Roxbury Rd, Stamford, CT 06902. After, we will travel to Stamford High School, located at 55 Strawberry Hill Ave, Stamford, CT 06902. Project Manager: Jeff Brown, Construction Manager All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
