Professional Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services

In accordance with the provisions of Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act), the City of Winter Park ("City") is seeking qualification statements from interested consultants or licensed individuals to provide professional Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services to help ensure safety, compliance, quality construction, and professional project oversight. Respondents must be licensed and authorized to perform professional engineering services in the State of Florida pursuant to Section 471.023, Florida Statutes, and demonstrate the appropriate professional experience and qualifications to provide these services to the City.

The City requires professional Construction Engineering and Inspection services to support a variety of public infrastructure improvement projects. The intent of this RFQ is to select qualified consultant(s) to provide inspection, documentation, coordination, and construction support services to help ensure safety, regulatory compliance, quality construction, and timely project delivery on an as-needed basis.
