Through this Request for Proposals, the Town of Okotoks (the “Town”) invites Proposals from interested consultants that possess the desire, relevant experience and capacity to act as the “Owner’s Representative” for the Foothills-Okotoks Regional Water Pipeline Design project. The Owner’s Representative will act as the liaison between the Owners, consultants and contractors (where applicable).
