Event Management Services

The Town of Herndon (the "Town") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Event Management Services. The Town is interested in firms that can support all or some aspects of managing events, ranging from full community-wide events to smaller pop-up events. Areas of interest include a community-wide cultural event in September, a December event in the theme of a winter market (potentially culturally themed), and additional smaller events requiring support for tents, tables, chairs, and logistics.

The Town of Herndon is the third largest town in the Commonwealth of Virginia and home to more than 24,500 residents.
