The Old Riverside Park Redevelopment Project in Sandy Springs, Georgia, is a comprehensive improvement initiative designed to transform the undeveloped park property into an accessible, environmentally sensitive, and community-focused destination. The project scope includes site preparation, grading, and erosion control to meet state and city environmental standards; installation of new infrastructure including driveways, parking, trails, and drainage systems; and construction of a prefabricated restroom facility with complete utility connections.
