Commodity or Service Required:

Purchase of Simpleview Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform
Description:

Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau (VCB) seeks to execute a single-source procurement for the Simpleview Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platform that provides the Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau with a centralized, web-based system to manage data, projects, communications, workflows, reporting, public relations, and industry partner relations. The integrated CRM ecosystem supports meeting sales, business analysis, marketing initiatives, and reporting functions. The annual agreement includes software support, maintenance, technical assistance, and training services.
Intended Single Source:

Granicus, LLC
Justification for Single Source Acquisition:
Granicus is the sole owner of the proprietary Simpleview software platform. Lee County VCB has a significant financial investment in implementation, support, customization, upgrades, maintenance, and training associated with the Simpleview CRM platform, including approximately $51,363 in custom software configurations specific to VCB operational needs. Additionally, more than 1,350 staff members, contractors, vendors, and tourism industry partners have been trained on the system. Simpleview CRM is fully integrated with key VCB applications. Since implementation of the Simpleview CRM system, VCB’s lead management, tourism partner information, sales activities, reporting, and operational workflows have been standardized, optimized, and streamlined. For these reasons the VCB does not anticipate switching to a different platform and requests the specific services of Simpleview CRM Platform.
Recommended Procurement Approach:

For the reason(s) stated above, Lee County Procurement Management intends to utilize the Single Source Procurement method to purchase from Granicus, LLC to supply the above.
