A.        Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of a facility located at:

Before 2:00 pm local daylight time on the Twenty Third day of March, 2026, for:
B.        Project: Warren County 911 Center & EOC
C.        Project Description: The project is a single-story, slab-on-grade masonry and steel structure to house the new Warren County 911 Center and Emergency Operations Command center. The building is approximately 6,200 square feet in area, with site modifications around it including a small detention pond area. The building has redundant mechanical and electrical systems for resiliency, as well as a hardened equipment yard for protection. It is adjacent to the existing Warren County Sheriff's offices..
D.        Documents may be obtained digitally only by general contract and _____ subcontract Bidders.
E.        Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount.
F.        Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders and Document 00 3100 - Available Project Information.
G.        Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate.
H.        Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
I.        The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
