A Mandatory Pre-bid meeting will start at 10:00 AM on April 9, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M. near the project site at the intersection of Edge Cliff Dr., N. Grass Valley Rd., and Brentwood Dr., Lake Arrowhead CA 92352

Bulletin Desc:

Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the Project that includes: pulverizing 4,400 LF of existing asphalt roadway. Then, grade, shape, compact and pave with compacted HMA, adjust existing valve cans and sewer manholes/clean-outs to grade, including sweeping, clean up, traffic control and all other work necessary to satisfactorily complete this project as shown on the Bid Docs, including Specs and Project Exhibits.
