Tennis Courts and Site Amenities

The Wilcox County School District seeks a design/build turnkey contractor to build eight (8) tennis courts on the Rochelle campus, compliant for GHSA competition and constructed to USTA/NFHS standards. Work includes site prep and grading; engineered sub-base; asphalt or post-tensioned concrete courts with acrylic color system and striping; nets, posts, and windscreens; LED sports lighting meeting the specified average illumination and uniformity; 10-ft perimeter fencing with player/maintenance gates; two sets of 5-row bleachers under a pre-engineered sun shelter; concrete walks and ADA-compliant access; utility extensions (potable water with backflow protection) and stubs for future expansion; and final grading/landscaping.

Add Alternate A: a 20¿×30¿ concession/restroom building with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fixtures, and site tie-ins.

Requirements include a licensed Georgia GC (ASBA certification preferred), bid/performance/payment bonds, insurance, and defined warranties.
