MGA Task Order 6

Purpose of Procurement
Middle Georgia State University (hereinafter, the State Entity), Unit of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (Owner), is soliciting statements of qualifications from suppliers interested in providing Task Order Contractor and Design-Build services for construction management for certain small construction projects on five campuses of Middle Georgia State University located in Macon, Cochran, Dublin, Eastman and Warner Robins. This electronic Request for Qualified Contractors (eRFQC) is intended to identify one or more responsible suppliers who meet or exceed the identified requirements contained herein.

Previous task order contracts have encompassed a wide range of project types, including but not limited to: the installation of the Georgia Hall elevator; upgrades to the Cochran Central Plant control systems; multiple roofing replacement projects; campus¿wide LED lighting conversions; construction of the Dublin Physical Therapy Laboratory; installation of the Electrocell system on the Macon campus; interior renovation projects across all Middle Georgia State University campuses; and the renovation of Barrs Cottage (formerly the Ann Street House).
