Manitoba Housing requires the services of a landscape contractor to perform landscaping and maintenance work. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, spring clean up, mowing, litter cleaning, sod top dressing and seed, fertilizer application, herbicide application, and sod installation and repair.
