Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities ( OOD) is requesting quotes for Zoom Government for subscription period 4/20/2025-4/19/26:

Please attach a formal quote that is valid until April 19, 2026, and includes applicable contract and catalog numbers. Responses received without a formal quote may be deemed non-responsive.

Please attach any applicable terms and conditions for review, if applicable.

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) Resondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.

D) A formal quote must be attached.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
